The SE Stephens Parcels (#03019-03695) consist of three separate parcels (7.5ac, 4ac, 12.5ac) within a half mile of each other in southwestern Ouachita county lying a copule miles southeast of Stephens, AR (North 33.3889°, West 93.0451°). The 7.5ac and 4ac parcels fall within the Smackover Creek bottoms, but the 12.5ac parcel is fairly well-drained with a sloped topography. The perenial Smackover Creek, flows through the 7.5ac and 4ac parcels in a southeasterly direction; an intermittent creek flows through the 12.5ac parcel in a northeasterly direction towards Smackover Creek. Access is the the 7.5 ac parcel exists with county road #9 running across the southeastern corner of the property. The timber type for t he 7.5ac and 4ac parcel consist of almost purely of bottomland hardwood; the timber type for the 12.5ac parcel consist of mixed pine/hardwood uplands with a pure hardwood creek drian. According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the soil composition of the property is an assortment of fine sandy loams loams that give a combined soil site index rating for all three parcels at 87.3 ft for Loblolly Pine (base age 50).
