The West Dorcheat 80 Tract (#03019-03734) is a +/- 80-acre (per tax assessor record) tract of timberland located about six miles southeast of Stamps, AR in Lafayette County (North 33.278085°, West 93.442472°). The topography is generally flat to gently rolling with an intermittent creek drain running along the eastern portion. Access to the southwestern corner of the property is available with a gated dirt woodsroad running northeasterly of Lafayette RD #81 for about two-thirds of a mile. About 50 acres consist of merchantable natural pine flatlands, the remaining 30 acres consist of mostly hardwood creek bottomland. According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the soils consist of Bowie fine sandy loam and Guyton silt loam, which give the tract a weighted average site index of 87.5 feet for Loblolly Pine (base age 50).
