The Alleene Tract (#03019-03676) is a +/- 98-acre tract of timberland located in Little River County about 9 miles northwest of Ashdown, AR near the community of Alleene (North 33.764306°, West 94.17722°).  Access to the property is available via a dirt woodsroad running for about a quarter-mile north from AR-Hwy 234 to ther southern edge of the tract; another woodsroad runs for abouta a half-mile east of County Road 64511 to the western edge of the property. Most of the timber was harvested and cleared in 2019 and has been allowed to reseed naturally. A thin Stream-Side Management Zone (SMZ) consisting of mostly hardwood along an intermittent stream runs along the southwestern portion of the property. About 68 acres are well-drained and gently slope downwards towards the north and west where the terrain becomes flatter.
