Announcing 3 New Accredited Land Consultants

Three more United Country Real Estate brokers have become Accredited Land Consultants (ALCs) with the REALTORS Land Institute. ALCs are the highest preforming land real estate experts across the nation who successfully met a number of requirements and standards ranging from volume of land sold, completion of highly specialized land real estate courses and a review from the RLI board of directors.

The Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) is the premier certification for land real estate expertise.

ALCs are land professionals who are the most accomplished, most experienced and highest-performing land experts. Becoming an ALC requires successful completion of a rigorous education program, a proven track record of transaction performance and a commitment to professional growth.

To achieve this designation takes significant commitment, effort, successfully accomplishing a number of requirements and meeting the highest standards, ranging from volume of land sold, completion of highly specialized courses, referrals and final approval from the REALTORS® Land Institute board of directors.
