Alabama Blackbelt Hunting Land

This is a very nice hunting tract, that is surrounded by large landowners.  It is located between Thomaston and Magnolia in an area that is known for producing great whiletailed bucks as well as good turkey hunting.  This 80 acres  has been in the same family for over 50 years. It was clear cut about 4 years ago.  It has a good stocking of loblolly pines as well as some hardwoods in the bottoms.  It currently is providing a great bedding ground for deer which creates very good hunting.  It is in a great area for timber production and is good soil for timber growth.
