The topography consists well-drained rolling hills. Access is available with a gated timber road formerly known as County Road #337 running northwesterly for about a quarter-mile from County Road #62. The entire tract features a merchantable stand of natural pine timber. According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the property is based upon Kirvin-Norfolk and Kirvin-Sacul soils which give the tract a weighted average site index of 83.0 feet for Loblolly Pine (base age 50) for the portion rated.
