The Well Report from the TN land for sale, from when the well was drilled in 1984 shows the well is 200 feet deep with about 80 ft of water and is of good quality and 15 gallon per minute flow. The Septic Permit from when the septic was installed in 1984, shows the tank size as 750 gallon and 150 ft of field line.

There was a mobile home there, but is gone now. There was a barn built in apx. 1984 and is still in good condition. There are also pictures shown from how the property looked back in apx. 1984 to give you an idea of what it could look like, but is grown up now in large trees. The land has not been lived on in quite some time, since about 1989.
