Montana Whatley was born and raised in East Texas, graduating from Linden- Kildare High School. After High School she moved to College Station, TX where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Geographic Information Science and Technology (GIST) from Texas A&M University. Since graduating college, she has worked in the United Country | Double Creek Land and Homes Office.  Being a part of United Country and their partnership with Realtree, the Double Creek office has the tools and the national networking in the land real estate and hunting industry. Since 1925 they have specialized in marketing country homes, farms, ranches, land and lifestyle properties, and today sell more than any other group.

Montana is married to Caleb Whatley who also graduated from Texas A&M and is working toward becoming a licensed land surveyor. Outside of work they enjoy spending time outdoors fishing, hunting, surveying, DIY projects, gardening, and spending time with family. They are members of Cross Creek Cowboy Church in Atlanta, Texas.  They love teaching their 1st and 2nd grade Sunday school class as well as being a part of a young adult group at their church.
